• Trigger: Changing the "lifecyclestage" to "customer"

• Description: When a contact's life cycle stage is updated to "customer" in HubSpot, Reviewly.ai is triggered to perform its actions which are to upload the customer(s) as a contact and initiate the review process.

QuickBooks

• Trigger: 100% billing of an invoice

• Description: When an invoice is fully billed in QuickBooks, this triggers Reviewly.ai to take the designated follow-up action which is to upload the customer(s) as a contact and initiate the review process.

• Trigger: Creation of a new contact

• Description: When a new contact is created in Follow Up Boss, Reviewly.ai responds accordingly based on the predefined settings. Which is to upload the customer(s) as a contact and initiate the review process.
