Australian Agencies

For Agencies based in Australia, they must be sure to have completed the following

Add Australia as a country under the Active Countries settings.

Note: If Australia is your primary location you may go ahead and Delete the United States

As an Australian Agency, you are required to have a Twilio Bundle SID.

To meet this requirement you must Go to the
Twilio console. → Go to Phone Numbers →  Regulatory Compliance → Create a Regulatory Bundle and Submit it for Review. Then wait for Twilio to Review the Regulatory Bundle. Then once they approve it, enter the SID into the corresponding fields in Reviewly.

Note:
You must enter in the SID and Address at the same time and then click update as not doing so may lead to an error.

For the Agencies operating in multiple countries: When creating an Australian location, ensure that the location is using an Australian Twilio number.

As for requesting Reviews: The format of the phone number plays an important role. Although in Australia it may be common practice to put a 0 in front of the number, in Reviewly it has to be removed.

Numbers should not
have any spaces between the numbers. Also, when being inputted into the system. Numbers must have the Area code +61 in front of them.

For example, if a phone number in Sydney is (02) 1234 5678, then that phone number should be inputted into Reviewly as: +61212345678.
