For Agencies based in the UK, they must be sure to have completed the following:

Add the United Kingdom as a country under the Active Countries settings.

Note: If the UK is your primary location you may go ahead and Delete the United States

Assign the correct address from your Twilio account in Reviewly.ai

For the Agencies operating in multiple countries: When creating a UK location, ensure that the location is using a UK twilio number.

As for requesting Reviews: The format of the phone number plays an important role. Although in the UK it may be common practice to put a 0 in front of the number, in Reviewly it has to be removed.

Numbers should not possess 0s in the front nor should they have in spaces. When being inputted into the system. Numbers must also have the Area code +44 in front of them.
