Why can’t My user’s send any Review Requests?

If your users are having difficulty sending Review Requests, head over to the Your Info section in your account and double check you have all correct information filled out such as your name in the name section, your email address as well as your Twilios keys. (It is especially important that for your Twilio keys you have everything filled in)
