Locations in Agencies account's are limited by the Subscription that is set to them. If a location is set to only 200 Feedback request a month then the location can only request 200 Reviews within that month. Once the location has reached 200 Review Requests, any other review requests will be toggled to 'Queued Send Limit'
However, this does not effect the amount of reviews the system can respond too. If a location has both a Review Device and the software generate reviews, Even if the software has reached the send limit for the month, the Location can still generate Reviews with the Device and the Location Agent will still be able to reply to any new reviews coming in Using AI.
