Reviewly.ai allows locations to Assign Multiple Alert receivers for a location.
Depending on the order they are in will play a role in what messages they are able to receive.
The Primary/First number listed in the Alert section is the number that can receive all type of type of Alerts. This will be the number that will be notified when a new review is posted, and able to respond to the Review for the business using AI via SMS.
The secondary and tertiary numbers are bound to the SMS Feedback Requests responses.
