The Signup, Trial Converted and Cancellation Webhooks are to send a trigger via webhook to an external CRM ( for example Hubspot) to update a contact record.
Signup Webhook - A good use case for this is if you have a new signup. This could be a trial or a direct monthly / annual / etc plan. This signup webhook fires to let the CRM know.

The CRM is then configured to run an onboarding campaign.
Trial Converted - If they signup as a trial offer, the Trial Converted webhook knows that they went from a trial to a paid user and can fire to update a CRM tag or move them into a different campaign.
Cancellation Webhook - Finally, you have the cancellation webhook. This can be to tag the cancelled user in a CRM and then maybe also flag support or sales to reach out or run a win back or exit campaign.
Documentation of the API's for webhooks can be found in the Agency Training Page!

Examples/Further Explanation
You can use {name} or {email} or {phone} or {business_name} in the url, and it will replace it with the field information.
Example URL - http://www.mywebsite.com?name={name}&business_name={business_name}&phone={phone}&email={email}
The information in the fields will be related to the specific user in your agency. So the {name}, {email}, {business_name}, {phone} will be replaced with the corresponding info of the location in your agency.
