Mexico Numbers for Twilio

For every business that we work with that is in Mexico that wants to connect to Twilio they will need to go through these steps?

  • Will the phone numbers be living on different accounts/subaccounts? If so, then a Mexico mobile bundle will need to be created on every account that you intend to purchase numbers for.

If the end users of the numbers do not have direct access to the phone numbers and the your company is in complete control of the Mexico phone numbers, then you will only need to provide your company information for the regulatory bundle, we will not need your customer's details.

Can I send to a +52 OUTBOUND from my SaaS from a +1 US number to them?

And if they want to have a private Twilio number they would need to do these steps?

  • Yes, if they will have access and control of a MX mobile number they will need to create a MX mobile regulatory bundle for their company.
