When you first boot up Twilio, it will most likely look something like this.
In order to access the Messaging features, Click on the button labelled Explore Products. This should take you to the product page!
From here, click on the Messaging Product to access the Messaging Settings!
Sidenote: For ease of access, Click the pin button to pin messaging to your sidebar!
